This section describes the privacy practices specific to our titles that are available on Apple Arcade. These include:

This section supplements our Global Privacy Policy. Where there is a conflict between the Global Privacy Policy and this section, this section will take precedence for users of the Games on Apple Arcade. For matters not covered in this section, the Global Privacy Policy shall apply.
1. Information We Collect in the Games on Apple Arcade
We collect limited information about you in our Games on Apple Arcade. This covers data that is sent from your device to our servers. We are required to obtain your permission to collect any data generated by you, and we will do so before sending such data to our servers. The information we collect includes:

Note on Data Stored Locally and on iCloud: Other game profile information, such as your general game progress, unlocked characters, and levels played, is generated during gameplay. This information is stored locally on your device and may also be stored on Apple's servers (iCloud) in accordance with Apple's terms of service to sync your game data across devices. We do not access or store this particular information on our servers.
2. How We Use the Information We Collect in the Games on Apple Arcade
We use the information we collect for the purposes outlined below. We will use your personal information only for the purposes we state when obtaining your permission.
- To Enhance Your Gaming Experience: We transmit and receive campsite layout information to and from our game servers. This allows you to view the campsite scenes of other players, providing a richer and more interactive gaming experience.
- To Identify You to Other Players: Your Game Center ID is used to distinguish your game data (like your campsite layout) from that of other players.
We do not use the information collected from the Games on Apple Arcade for tracking, advertising, or marketing purposes.
3. Data Handling by Apple and Third Parties
- Apple: As described above, your game progress may be stored on Apple's iCloud servers to allow for data syncing. Your use of Apple services like Game Center and iCloud is subject to Apple's own privacy policy and terms of service. We do not control and are not responsible for Apple's data handling practices.
Other Third Parties: We do not share the information collected from you in the Games on Apple Arcade with any other third-party platforms or partners.
4. Our Policy Regarding Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 in the Games on Apple Arcade. The Games are accessed through Apple's Apple Arcade service, and it is our understanding that Apple's platform manages age verification and parental consent according to its terms of service.
The legal basis for processing the data we collect (i.e., Game Center ID and game information) is your consent. We ask for your explicit permission before any of this data is sent from your device to our servers.
